Would like to share some tips how to lose weight easily n effectively. What u need is an apple b4 taking any meals (especially if ur meal contain rice). The reason why apple, (can be any fruit, but apple is the best) the trick is we might feel half loaded, so we only take a small amount quantity of rice. Easy huh? Only an apple b4 meal. So start buying apples if u want to back in shape again. Shud i start now, yes, dont procrastinate. Mmmm what? My gym session, oh that one arr, it was game over, haha..hot2 chicken shit. Mr hubby dah complain ni, everyday asking the same question, bila nak start gym blk? Hehe..i workout ngan u je la dear..hehe. And one more, dont take any drink after meal, replace drink with payapa (biar betikkk), then u wont be tercekik..btw payapa is good in digesting kan, wastage easily come out..hehe..happy trying..
